Fiber Optic Transition Closure Upright Installation
for OPPC up to 145kV

Features
- NBG’s OPPC transition closure is suitable to connect max. 2 OPPC’s up to 96 fiber count with a fiber optic cable.
- The closure consists of a top and a bottom closure. The fibers to connect the top and bottom closure, are preinstalled inside the insulator.
- Thanks to the integrated current shunt, which guarantees low ohmic resistance, when using 2 OPPCs
- The load current will not run through the closure body, when using 2 OPPCs.
- The position of the OPPC input can be changed on site easily

- NBG’s OPPC inline closure is suitable to connect 2 OPPC’s up to 48 fiber count.
- Typically mounting place is the current loop of the OPPC on a tension tower.
- The integrated current shunt, guarantees low ohmic resistant.
- The load current will not run through the closure body.
- Due to small outer diameter influences of wind are minimized.
